Coaching for Creative Minds

About Me
I’m a coach for creative minds and people navigating change.
I know what it’s like to reach a point where something doesn’t feel quite right — to feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected from the direction you thought your life was going in. Sometimes you know you want something to change but have no idea what. Sometimes you know exactly what needs to change, but can’t seem to make it happen.
That’s where I come in.
My coaching is a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s really going on and work out what you actually want — underneath the expectations, the noise, the shoulds and the things you’ve been telling yourself you ought to be doing.
I’m interested in the whole person, not just the problem you’ve brought into the room. I draw on my own experience of ADHD, motherhood, relationships, career changes, starting again, getting things wrong and figuring things out as I go. I’m not interested in pretending that life is neat or that there’s a perfect version of you waiting to be uncovered. I believe we can make meaningful changes while still being gloriously imperfect humans.
Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years working across the creative and cultural sector, as a creative producer, community manager, festival director and cultural leader. I’ve worked with individuals, organisations and communities through periods of change, uncertainty and growth — and I’ve learned a lot about people along the way.
I bring curiosity, honesty, warmth and a healthy willingness to ask the questions that might make you think differently.
Coaching with me isn’t about me telling you what to do. It’s about creating the space to hear yourself more clearly, understand what’s getting in your way and find the confidence to make choices that feel more like your own.
And then, importantly, to do something with that clarity.

How it Works
My coaching process is simple, practical, and designed for real change. Each session helps you pause, reflect, and take clear steps forward. Together, we identify what truly matters, uncover patterns that hold you back, and turn insights into meaningful action. My goal is to make growth feel steady, structured, and achievable — without the overwhelm.
